Tenon has acquired specialist medical accountancy and tax advisory firm HWSEG, for an undisclosed sum. Tenon says the acquisition is key to its expansion in the healthcare sector, which it believes is sheltered from recession. Tenon now has 60 specialist medical support professionals across the UK. The combined business will count 420 practices with 2100 doctors as its clients.
