The net result for Mihaela Popa reports the Telegraph – being sent away with a paltry £750 payout in compensation for a “one-off” instance of victimisation.

Ms Popa was told by the court, “We find that in no way whatsoever did the unlawful victimisation either prevent Miss Popa from obtaining employment or cause her to lose employment. There was no loss of opportunity in this case. It is simply a case of injury to feelings.”
