A survey by the BDO reveals that just three percent of decision makers detect enough transparency from our political leaders when it comes to their tax proposals. You mean people think politicians might be hiding something from us.
Ok so that might be stating the obvious, politicians are economical with their tax plans the truth generally but of more interest – 85% of respondents say they would be more likely to vote for a party that showed greater clarity, according to BDO’s survey.
Wouldn’t that rather depend upon what that bit of clarity revealed? Hmmm.
