If the Conservatives win the general election, as well as plans to hold an “emergency budget” to tackle the country’s record budget deficit within 50 days of being elected; tax cuts could be in the offing too.

The prospect of an age of austerity did not exactly thrill voters but everyone likes tax cuts; so optimism is back on the political agenda.
If the Conservatives win the general election, as well as plans to hold an “emergency budget” to tackle the country’s record budget deficit within 50 days of being elected; tax cuts could be in the offing too.
The Conservatives plan to cut the rate of corporation tax from 28p to 25p and provide national insurance breaks for business start-ups. Small firms will see their tax rate cut to just 20p.
Businesses had better start making money again if they’re to take advantage.
