AIM-quoted Vantis was not allowed to appoint its own subsidiary as administrator so FTI Consulting has been appointed just weeks after the firm suspended its shares.

According to Accountancy Age the firm this morning announced the sale of key including its business recovery services, business advisory services, tax business and financial management department.
